1. Sign in (or create a new) to your Gmail account. Click on the Gear in the top right hand corner, then click on Settings.

  2. Click on Accounts and Import, then under the Check mail from other accounts section, click on Add a mail account.

  3. A popup window should appear. In the box type in yourusername@gtconline.com, then click on Next.

  4. On the add a mail account screen, make sure the dot is beside Import emails from my other account (POP3), then click on Next.

  5. Enter the following mail settings for yourusername@gtconline.com:

    Email address: yourusername@gtconline.com
    Username: yourusername@gtconline.com
    Password: yourpassword
    POP Server: pop.gtconline.com Port: 995
    Make sure there is a check mark beside Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail, and (optional) Label incoming messages: yourusername@gtconline.com.

  6. Click on Add Account.

  7.  If you wish to send email using your gtconline.com email, then make sure the dot is beside Yes, I want to be able to send mail as yourusername@gtconline.com (alternatively click on No), then click on Next.

  8. Enter the name you want to be known by (ex: Your Name), then make sure the check mark is beside treat as an alias. Click on Next Step.

  9. Enter the following SMTP server settings, then click on Add Account.

    SMTP Server: smtp.gtconline.com Port: 465
    Username : yourusername@gtconline.com
    Password: yourpassword
    Make sure the dot is beside Secured connection using SSL (recommended)

  10. Gmail will now send an email to verify your email address. If you followed the setup instructions to this point, an email will now be sent to your Inbox. You can close this window and click on the link in the confirmation email, or alternatively check your email and once you obtain a confirmation code, Enter the code and click on Verify.

  11. If for some reason you click on Close window, please follow the following steps to complete the verification setup. Click on your Inbox. You should receive an email similar to the following:

    Your confirmation code will be different, however highlight and copy (using CTRL + C if using Windows or Linux, or command C if using Mac) or write down the confirmation code. Again alternatively you can also simply click on the link in the email to complete the setup.

  12. Click on the Gear in the top right hand corner, and then click on Settings.

  13. Click on Accounts and Import, then under the Send mail as section, click on the verify link.

  14. A popup window should appear. In the box, enter the confirmation code, and then click on Verify.
