DSL FIRMWARE UPGRADES:

5200W: Here are instructions to upload the firmware:
1. Download and Extract the ras file from the zip folder above
2. Login to the modem, click Maintenance > Firmware
3. New Firmware Location: Browse for the extracted ras file, click Upgrade
Note: If the GUI stays stuck on “Upgrade in Progress.. Please wait” for more than a minute, please power off/on the unit and retry from step #2
4. The modem should return with Software Version = 2.12.191.0(F04.ZZ.3)3.16.10.0
